This book wasn't at all what I expected. I read one chapter and then sold it on EBay. I quickly realized I wasn't the target audience, and I never had the urge to pick it back up. I hate to say that because I was once a fan of Zoe's YouTube channel, but this book and the whole ghostwriter fiasco since then has really turned me off.

I was blown away be the first novel and this one carried the story forward in an unexpected way. I love the way Zoe Sugg writes and the way she is able to describe every aspect of the characters and their situation. I hope she writes a third novel in this series. I need to know what happens with Girl Online.
Bought this book because I adore Zoella on YouTube and just generally want to support what she is doing. The book is alright aimed at a younger audience I would have loved this book if I were a bit younger but it's a simple read so I'll probably give this to my niece and hope she falls in love with her as well; she is a great role model for any kid
Wonderful book for my 12 yr old daughter. She received book this summer and couldn't put it down, she loved it! We're ordering the 2nd book in the series right now. Captured her interest unlike so many other books she has picked up over the last couple years. Definitely recommend!
I wanted to love this book because Zoe wrote it, but I just couldn't. The "romance" is so boring and cliché that I wished the book to be over. I love Penny and Elliot and their friendship but Noah is so bland and incredibly boring that my favorite parts of the book are every chapter that he's not there. Again, wanted to love it but I just really couldn't do it. The cover and the milkshake scene at the end are my favorite bits of the book and that's probably it.

The Girl Online series is probably the best series I've ever read, and I recommend it 100%. You come to fall in love with Penny and Noah, and the book in general. Zoe Sugg is an amazing writer, and did a fantastic job with this book.
Summary of Girl Online Penny's parents own a wedding shop, and one day Penny's mom announces that they're going to New York for Christmas to plan a wedding for a couple. Penny meets Noah, and they basically fall in love. Later on in the book when Penny gets back to Brighton she finds out that Noah is a famous pop star and is dating another popstar named Leah Brown. Penny's furious and cuts Noah off. I'm not going to spoil the rest, but it's an amazing series!!! Comment and tell me what you think of the series!

After I finished the first book, I cried because it was so good and I didn't want it to end. Zoe is such a good writer and the second book is as amazing as text first "Girl Online" book, if not even better! Her YouTube channel is also awesome ans I watch it 24/7. She's just a passionate and beautiful woman in general. And she is very inspiring and I hope to be like her one day ) I wish I could meet Zoe ( and after I read the first book, I hoped I would meet my Noah while I traveled to California, and I actually did! They even have the same last name (weird, right?!). His name is Aidan Flynn and I'm planning to go to California again soon to see him! Anyways, amazing series. Buying the 3rd book right now!!!

Another fun teen novel by Zoe Sugg and I am hoping if there is anymore, that she might put Penny back online and blogging for the world ,as if there's one thing I've learned - you have to take all the mean things people say about you online with a grain of salt and unfortunately by being a blogger - you are automatically a target for trolls and I know I've had a few nasty ones myself, but that doesn't mean that we should give up what we love and our passion.
