Rating: 3 starsI want to start off this review by saying that I hated absolutely hated Kieran. I did not connect with his character at all. I really felt sorry for Damon being stuck with him as a mate. He was always quick to think poorly of Damon. Was physically abusive to him on more than one occasion and spent most of the time whining about his situation. Damon, I liked from the beginning. He was in such a bad position, but always did his best to protect his mate and the shifters in it.
I almost gave up on this book at the beginning. I’m glad I stuck with it though. Once the main drama went down, the book got really interesting. I loved that we got to see things from Alex Holland’s point of view along with Ben the alpha of the Atherton Pack. Reading those sections made me remember how much I loved both the Holland Brothers series and the Atherton Pack series. Frankly if I had started with this book, I probably wouldn’t have read any of the other ones.
If you are thinking of reading this book, do yourself a favor and read both the Holland Brothers series and the others in the Atherton pack series first. They are much better books.

When is the next book coming out. Always satisfied with each one I've read. Want to know more about the other characters who were real interesting.
This is the best book I have read in a long time! The plot was riveting - the book at times very difficult to put down. The characters also tugged at my heart and the sex was steamy. A book I highly recommend
It was a lovely story and I love this a lot. I liked seeing some of the old characters from the Holland Brother series. It went well. Once again making me wished that this wasn't over.
This book was amazing! The conflict of Damon having to do his job while keeping shifters a secret, and not angering Kieran was excellently executed. Kieran was so much of an enigma in the previous books that it was fun to discover him in this book as well.
The book was fast paced, and exciting. At one point, I actually got so excited that I exclaimed (rather loudly) and startled several people around me.
Wolf shifters galore. Hot men in love when mating bug bites them. Cop meets mate in the middle of an investigation. Add in some Fed's, a surprise twist and the world has changed. I really like Ms. Griffin 's series. They are well plotted, good characterization and long plotlines. Definitely worth the read.
What a story! What a story! This fourth installment of the Atherton Pack series was so good I really enjoyed Kieran and Damon's story It was so good from start to finish. The drama, chaos and chemistry between the two characters was crazy I really loved this story it had me on the edge of my set right to the very end. I loved how the characters from the previous books continued on in this story and we got to see some of the Leybourne pack. I don't want to give to much away but I will say that if you are a fan of this series then you'll love Kieran and Damon's story! The surprises will have you on the edge of your seat especially with the people who pop up. Great Story Ms Griffin!
This book is about Kieran. And Kieran absolutely ruined this book. I hated him. There was literally NOTHING likable or relatable to this sob. Damon on the other hand was great. He is an officer of the law, doing his job, while trying to save the secret of shifters. Every shifter of the pack expects him to break the law! Kieran is so pissed that Damon is actually trying to keep his friend Corey from being arrested and trying to follow the law. It was so dang frustrating! Corey DID BREAK THE LAW!! I understand the whys and all that, but at the same time, if you don’t want to deal with feds then don’t break the freaking law! I wish that Damon would have told Kieran to go f himself and left back to Brisbane, maybe even gotten together with his partner Grant. Also Kieran was physically abusive, not once, but TWICE. But apparently since they are both ‘manly’ it is ok to punch your mate in the face, repeatedly. Good to know. Also Kieran basically bad talked his mate to his parents, and so his mother also hits Damon in the face. WTH? A one lined, half aced apology and all is forgiven. This wasn’t a love story or a real relationship, it’s was basically Damon bending over again and again and again and.....you get it. I wish I could scrub this story from my mind. Oh but don’t worry, after clearing up the huge misunderstanding, Kieran’s parents are slowly warming up to Damon (can you hear the sarcasm?) 🙄😡
